Zephyrs Track Club possessed an outdated website that needed an emphasis on branding, easy-of-use, engaging, and effective for administrators to conduct business of the organization. Administrators needed a custom Content Management System (CMS) that allowed them to manage athletes, parents, meet & event registration, and fundraise.
ThinkBox312 approached the project with interactive UI/UX designs to assess the client’s vision. In addition, ThinkBox312 layout a solution for implementing the work for administrators and parents’ use cases for managing their athletes in a custom portal.
ThinkBox312 implemented a custom web portal using WordPress that allows administrators and parents the ability to register, manage, and purchase attendance at track meets and events. Delivered a unique design that allowed the team to stand out apart from competing track teams.
Zephyrs Track Club received a website built using WordPress and a custom CMS. The team experienced increased participation amongst parents and donors. The organization workflow improved by over 100%.
