Through a dynamic variety of dances, audiences will see first hand how movement can tell stories in ways that transcend the limits of words. Featuring dances that showcase the evolution of dance in America and rotating pieces from the company’s repertoire, this show highlights where different dances come from and the stories they tell. Performed by CRDT’s 8 professional dancers, the performance combines exciting choreography with inspiring music and audience participation, creating a treat for all the senses.
Led by Artistic Director Wilfredo Rivera, Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre (CRDT) uses dance and music to nourish the mind and the soul. The group unites artists & student audiences to explore culturally diverse themes that shape communities.
