#GivingTuesday 2018: Support a Creative Chicago

This Giving Tuesday, help young Chicagoans create art and inspire change.

It’s been a busy year at Urban Gateways. We launched Teen Arts Pass, a citywide initiative giving teens access to $5 tickets at revered Chicago venues; we hosted a cohort of Street Level interns who learned new media arts skills, empowering them to be active participants in the creation of our contemporary culture; we worked with groups of young people from schools and communities all over Chicago, introducing them to new creative avenues and encouraging them to create art and inspire change wherever they go in life.

Urban Gateways programs guide young people in using the arts as a mode of communication, advocacy, and innovation. They take that inspiration and use it to change their communities and their world for the better. We know the importance of this work and if you’re here, chances are you do too – which is why we’re asking for your support this Giving Tuesday. Help us raise $3,000 in one day so that we can provide more young people in Chicago with opportunities to engage in the arts.
