Night Out in the Parks: Peace on the Beach with Ayodele

Urban Gateways touring group Ayodele will perform at the annual Peace on the Beach celebration event on July 18. They’ll kick things off with an opening ceremony and human Peace Circle at 10:30 am, then head up to the rooftop at 31st Street Beach to perform a selection from their Urban Gateways touring performance “Amazing Africa”.
Teen groups from around the city will be in attendance, but the general public is welcome as well!
This FREE event is presented in partnership with the Chicago Park District as part of its Night Out in the Parks program. All Night Out in the Parks performances are family-friendly, free, open to the public, and will take place outdoors (weather permitting).
